Shipping and Delivery

UAE Shipping:

- We offer free Shipping within UAE 

- we offer Free express shipping in Dubai - Estimated delivery time for express shipping 2-4 Hours for all orders placed before 12 pm

- For other Emirates All orders will be delivered next day if placed before 12 pm 

 

International Shipping:

- We offer a flat rate shipping fee of AED 50 for GCC countries and AED 65 for the Rest of the world.

- Additional customs fees or duties may also apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

- Estimated delivery time for international shipping: 3 to 5 business days.

 

Please note that delivery times may change depending on the time of the year, holidays periods , weekends and Ramadan. International shipping may also have extended delivery times depending on customs clearance procedures in different countries.

 

We are not responsible for lost packages if the customers have provided a wrong address. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping / Delivery address for an order. If the a wrong delivery address is provided, Risska cannot offer reimbursement for this package.please make sure you provide us with the correct information.
